Job summary

Walmart in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a fully engaged production associate to manage scheduling, processing, and production of product. The role ensures clean processing areas before and after use and requires careful operation of the HTST system with PMO standards, including daily use of computers and HMI systems.

You will monitor milk unloading schedules, coordinate CIP activities, and assist with chocolate batching while upholding safety and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
• Understanding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Familiarity with OSHA and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling processing and production of product.
• Ensures processing areas are clean before and after use.
• Monitors and operates the HTST system per PMO standards and uses computers/HMI daily.
• Monitors and adjusts milk unloading schedules as necessary.
• Coordinates CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans.
• Responsible for coordinating chocolate batching.
• Identifies process issues/deviations and escalates to management.
• Adheres to safety procedures and uses PPE; operates machinery safely.
