Job description

The Role

The Food Prep is responsible to prepare or assist with the food preparation or to assist the cashiers with facilitating orders to guests.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Properly handle inventory.
• Prepare the product.
• Ensure all food warmers are kept full.
• Maintain proper food handling procedures.
• Organize the station.
• Properly clean and sanitize equipment.
• Organize and clean the stand, remove garbage, and clean equipment.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs or ramps.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Benefits
