THIS POSITION IS FOR ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS AT MOUNTAIN AMERICA STADIUM IN TEMPE, ARIZONA

The Food Prep Worker prepares, portions food items, and performs various duties in accordance with production requirements and Aramark sanitation standards. Uses daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepares all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes.
2. Follows proper food handling procedures.
3. Maintains accurate rotation of food to ensure top quality and freshness.
4. Manages leftover foods correctly; covers, labels, dates, and accurately stores according to Aramark standards.
5. Maintains clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas.
6. Ensures stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift, including cleaning of kitchen equipment.
7. Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment that conforms to all food safety standards and regulations.
8. Follows safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
9. Completes all required training.
