Job summary

Fiesta Mart is seeking a Restaurant Clerk at 1603 Spencer Hwy, S. Houston, TX 77587 to join our operations team. You will support customer service, assist with food preparation, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Applicants should be bilingual in Spanish and English, able to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, and available for nights and weekends. A food handler card or equivalent is required for food-related roles.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information clearly to customers and employees.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant Clerk is a key contact point for customer service and will assist with food preparation and maintaining a clean, inviting restaurant.
• Assist with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items following company standards.
• Work hours include nights and weekends; food handler card or equivalent certification is required for all relevant positions.
