Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Fort Stockton, TX is seeking a Prep Cook to support fast-paced kitchen operations with a strong emphasis on food safety and proper product handling. You will ensure readiness of items for line cooks, maintain dated inventory, and rotate products daily.

The position requires teamwork, excellent time management, and adherence to all safety procedures. A Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate is required, and on-the-job training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate.
• 1 year restaurant experience is a plus.
• Stand or walk for 8–10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensures food safety guidelines are followed.
• Receives truck deliveries and checks for damage or missing goods.
• Dates, rotates, and stores all received products on same day of delivery.
• Pulls data daily for prepping needs for a 48 hour period.
• Preps products according to Domino’s standards.
• Proofs dough for a 24 hour period, dates and re-cools.
• Maintains proper product temperatures during prep.
• Checks temperatures of refrigeration units.
• Dates all products per Domino’s dating standards.
• Preps all cooking PRPs, including sandwich mats and parchment pans.
• Maintains sanitation of prep areas and exposed surfaces.
• Reports safety hazards and maintenance needs.
