Job summary

Mothership Coffee is seeking a detail‑oriented Food Prep team member in Las Vegas to work closely with the Commissary Manager. This role focuses on precision, clean systems, and quiet productivity in a structured kitchen environment.

You will follow recipes, maintain prep station checklists, rotate stock using FIFO, and ensure strict compliance with food safety standards while supporting cross‑team workflows and reliable daily operations.

  • Follow recipe and yield guides precisely.
  • Maintain thorough station prep systems and daily checklists.
  • Inspect and organize prep stations before and after each shift.
  • Accurately rotate stock and manage FIFO practices.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock prep areas methodically.
  • Track and log inventory as directed.
  • Comply strictly with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Support cross-team workflows without deviation from standard procedures.
  • Collaborate respectfully with your team to ensure quality and consistency.

The Role

This Food Prep role is ideal for someone who thrives in a focused environment where precision, quiet productivity, and attention to detail are appreciated.

You'll work directly with the Commissary Manager to prepare scratch-made food items to recipe and yield specs. You'll be given the time and tools to do your work right, every time.

Your Schedule

We're looking for candidates with midshift to late night (3PM/ 4PM to 10PM/ 11PM) availability and consistent weekday commitment.

Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Comfortable working on your feet in a production environment
  • Available to work weekends or holidays as needed
