Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Prep Helper at YORK COLLEGE OF PENNSYLVANIA. The role covers preparation and serving of vibrant menus, and ensuring all work areas stay clean and tidy. You’ll deliver friendly customer service that brightens daily experiences on campus.

Shifts vary with days/hours; open availability is preferred. Employment is Full-Time or Part-Time with a pay range of $15.00–$17.00 per hour. This is an on-site campus role with opportunities for growth and benefits.

• 0 –1 year of related experience is beneficial
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and fosters a healthy/safe working environment for all

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and/or product directions and assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods using kitchen utensils/equipment
• Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment
• May have basic cooking responsibilities, e.g., cook vegetables, chicken for salads
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00
