Job summary

Sodexo Live at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking a Part-time Food Prep Helper to assist in preparing and serving vibrant menus while keeping work areas clean and organized. The role emphasizes a positive, welcoming attitude and customer service that adds a smile to guests’ days.

Responsibilities include reading recipes, preparing hot or cold foods, sanitizing stations, and possibly basic cooking tasks. Regular attendance is expected, with shifts varying.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of related experience is beneficial.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils/equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment.
• May have basic cooking responsibilities, e.g., cook vegetables, chicken for salads.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
