REPORTS TO: General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Leader

Position Summary: The line positions are critical to the daily success of the restaurant. They are responsible for serving hearty and flavorful food, ensuring standards are exceeded to fulfill our mission.

Job Requirements:

• Food prep, restaurant duties, and cashier tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Accountable for guest order preparation.
• Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
• Team player.
• Sincerely thank guests for their business.
• Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
• Willing to perform other restaurant functions as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
