Job summary

TreeHoppers Aerial Adventure Park invites you to join Wunder Glow as a seasonal Food Prep and Server in Dade City, FL. You will prepare, cook, and serve food from our food trucks during busy holiday nights, delivering friendly service and safe, tasty meals.

We’re looking for team players who can stand for long shifts, handle late nights and weekends, and follow food-safety procedures. Training is provided; uniforms are supplied and tips are shared.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Clean, organized, and able to work quickly without cutting corners on food safety
• Friendly, positive attitude and clear communication with guests and teammates
• Able to take directions from managers
• Reliable with punctuality and following instructions
• Florida food handler training certificate, or willingness to complete the training within 60 days of hire
• Available for evening shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, during the season
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 25 lbs, work around hot cooking equipment in the close quarters of a food truck, and work outdoors at night in various weather conditions
• Experience in a restaurant, food truck, concession stand, or quick-service kitchen (training provided)
• Customer service, hospitality, or theme park experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures

• Keep food at safe temperatures and label, date, and rotate stock
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, equipment, and utensils throughout your shift
• Restock food, supplies, condiments, and packaging before and during service
• Answer guest questions about menu items and ingredients, and refer allergy questions to a manager
• Follow directions from managers and help teammates during busy periods
• Complete opening and closing duties, including cleaning the food truck and putting away food and supplies

Join Wunder Glow, a holiday light experience in Dade City, Florida, as a Food Prep and Server for our exciting holiday season. You'll prepare, cook, and serve food from our food trucks in Christmas Village and at Wishing Point, where families stop to eat, drink, and relax on their journey through more than a mile of holiday light scenes. This is a great opportunity to work in a festive setting, build valuable food-service skills, and help make every meal a highlight of the guest's visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures
• Serve guests quickly, accurately, and with a friendly attitude

• Sugar & Steam: Prepare and serve funnel cakes, s'mores, churros, ice cream, hot cocoa, coffee, and tea
• Fire & Fry: Prepare and serve burgers, chicken tender sandwiches, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, mac & cheese, footlong hot dogs, and french fries
• Primo Pizza: Prepare, bake, and serve New York style pizza by the slice or whole pie
• Nacho Average: Prepare and serve chicken tenders and fries, nachos, quesadillas, and tacos with chips and salsa
• Campfire Cravings: Prepare and serve food from our food truck at Wishing Point

Requirements
