Job summary

Stratas Foods, LLC in Cordova, TN, seeks a Plant Superintendent to lead the daily operations of a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality products while meeting customer service and regulatory requirements.

You will provide leadership to production staff, work with Scheduling, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse to optimize plant performance, drive continuous improvement, and develop employees in a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, or Business.
5–7 years of manufacturing leadership experience in food manufacturing.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of a manufacturing facility to ensure safe, efficient production.
Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and KPI achievement.
Develop employees and foster positive labor relations.
Coordinate with Scheduling, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse to optimize plant performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide after-hours leadership for a 24/7 operation.
