• Basic math and reasoning skills required.
• Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends as needed.
• Intercompany coordination and work across shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all elements of food safety within the plant.
• Manage line cleanups and document sanitation tasks.
• Inspect equipment and oversee Master Sanitation Schedule compliance.
• Dilute cleaning chemicals per manufacturer instructions and test dilutions.
