Capitol Kitchen is seeking a sanitation specialist to maintain cleanliness in the processing area, following the Master Sanitation Program. You will use industrial chemicals safely to clean walls, floors, and equipment, remove debris, and support plant safety and GMP compliance.
This full-time role requires the ability to work independently, read and follow detailed instructions, and lift up to 50 lbs, with benefits including paid time off, holidays, 401k matching, health plans, and annual
$18.00 - $20.00 an hour + bonuses.
Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
This role requires a significant amount of movement to meet sanitation standards. The position will require general physical movements such as frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching. Environmental conditions include cold, wet, allergen, noise, fumes / chemical / odor exposure from raw materials and sanitation chemicals.
