Kroger Co. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely operate and maintain machines, ensure daily orders are met, and support all warehouse activities in line with SQR and Customer 1st principles.

You will work on site at 900 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76104, US, following safety procedures, reading standard work, and actively participating in Total Process Control to promote quality foods and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operate and maintain assigned machines and related equipment to meet daily orders.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Read and follow standard work for warehouse policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment and vehicles and use hand tools.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.
• Complete safety observations and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Verify proper components at the workstation before starting a job.
• Complete required paperwork clearly and legibly.
• Participate in Total Process Control (TPC) activities.
• Plan, oversee and participate in warehouse operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and overtime as needed.
• Adhere to programs to produce safe, quality foods meeting regulatory and company requirements.
• Work around ingredients/allergens as applicable.
