Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic at the Morristown plant to keep production equipment running smoothly. You will diagnose failures, use P&ID drawings and manuals, and perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing and metalworking tasks as required.

The role requires knowledge of PLC/SLC logic, SCADA operation, and a commitment to GMP and safety guidelines while supporting production teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in food processing maintenance and repair of production equipment with advanced control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train Associates in Maintenance operations.
• Desire to work in a Self-Directed work team.
• Proficiency with Rich’s SCADA system.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses maintenance failures.
• References drawings, P&ID’s and manuals to tune equipment using electrical and PLC principles.
• Performs basic plumbing, metalworking and general facilities maintenance as needed.
• Operates Rich’s SCADA system and completes required paperwork.
• Trains operations personnel in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
