Job summary

TK America, Inc. in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for supporting general facility and equipment maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Duties include installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment; performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance; documenting work orders; and following SOPs and safety guidelines in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment to meet daily operational requirements while supporting safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment components to maintain optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs.
• Assist with equipment installation and perform changeovers as needed.
• Enter, update, and track maintenance work orders on a scheduled basis.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
