Job summary

Eagle Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure food-safety GMP compliance and to maintain and repair processing, filling, and downstream equipment within the facility. You will balance safety, quality, productivity, and technical leadership while supporting a range of equipment from conveyors to palletizers.

The role requires certifications in HVAC, Welding, Electrical, or Hydraulics/Pneumatics, strong English communication, and a high school diploma or technical training.

Qualifications

• Certification(s) in one of the following: HVAC, Welding, Electrical, Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience with GMP food safety and plant QA/SQMS systems preferred.
• High School Diploma, Technical degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP requirements for facility.
• Participates in plant QA Systems and HSE systems.
• Repair and maintain processing, filling, and downstream equipment; operate and troubleshoot related machinery.
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime; document and communicate issues promptly.
• Assist and train maintenance personnel and operators; analyze and report potential machine problems.
