Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Replace and adjust bearings, motors, pumps, belts, chains, gearboxes, valves, and other components.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and production startups.
• Perform basic fabrication, welding, and equipment modifications as needed.
• Read and follow work orders, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Work safely following OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and food safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with emergency repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
