Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Packing Supervisor to lead hands-on daily packing operations in our manufacturing environment. You will oversee line staff to ensure packing runs meet food safety, quality, and efficiency targets.

You will coordinate packing activities, monitor equipment and inventory, and train staff on SOPs and safety. This role requires collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to resolve issues and sustain high performance in a food production setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading packing/production teams in a food/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety practices, quality standards, and SOP compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping and inventory management skills.
• Effective communication and ability to train staff and coordinate cross-functionally.
