Job summary

E.A. Sween Company in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented team member for our high‑speed packaging lines. You will follow GMP, safety protocols, and help maintain product quality while learning new skills.

Hours are Monday–Thursday 6am–4:30pm with overtime on Fridays when needed. Hourly pay is $19.00. We value teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude, and offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in high-speed packaging or assembly line work.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs to uphold food safety and product integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE in designated areas.
• Collaborate with team and complete tasks as assigned.
• Rotate through production positions every 30 minutes.
• Load trays and ensure date codes and labels are accurate.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and complete required paperwork.
