Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations / Concessions Manager for St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota, to oversee campus dining including Catering, Concessions, Retail and Resident dining.

This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional service outcomes, safety, and strong financial results. You will drive operational performance through hands-on leadership, ensure regulatory compliance and HACCP standards, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years management experience in food service.
• Experience leading on-site food service teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in high-volume dining environments.
