Job summary

Foodsmart seeks a service-oriented Food Operations Analyst to join our remote, fast-growing team on a full-time basis. This role will serve as the primary coordinator of food delivery for members enrolled in our meal-delivery and support programs, ensuring compassionate and high-level service from inquiry through fulfillment.

You will handle orders, troubleshoot issues in real time, and collaborate with colleagues to refine ordering processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support roles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real time.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support from initial inquiry to ongoing questions.
• Use available resources to address order fulfillment issues quickly.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and to a high standard.
• Suggest process improvements to optimize ordering and fulfillment.
• Support other needs as defined by the team.

About the Role:

Foodsmart seeks a service-oriented Food Operations Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-growing team on a full-time basis. This role will serve as the primary coordinator of food delivery for members enrolled in our meal-delivery and support programs. Through this role, your expertise in customer support and service excellence will ensure our members experience the highest level of compassion and care.

We are hiring multiple Food Operations Analysts to join our growing team.

You will:

• Provide high-quality customer support to our many existing and future members, from initial inquiry to ongoing program questions
• Utilize existing resources, tools, and team members to quickly address any member order fulfillment issues
• Ensure member orders are fulfilled accurately and to the highest quality standard
• Contribute suggestions to continue optimize the member ordering and fulfillment process
• Ability to support other key needs as defined

You are:

• Compassionate about our members, many of whom rely on the food delivered to support them or their loved ones during difficult times
• Detail oriented, ensuring the food orders placed are accurate and timely
• Driven to support our members through quick yet thorough issue resolution
• Adaptable and ready to try new approaches as we onboard new clients and new processes - a willingness to offer and implement even better solutions is always encouraged

You have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer support roles
• Self-motivated and drivenStrong computer proficiency including good knowledge of Microsoft/GSuite applications
• Preferred:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in real time
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve member issues efficiently
  • Ability to be flexible to shifts in priorities and thrive in autonomous work environments

$55,000 - $60,000 a year

Role: Food Operations Analyst
Location: Remote, USA
Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 + $5,000 annual bonus + benefits

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
