Job summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health seeks a Team Lead for Dietetic Aide, Dining Room Attendant and Food Service Attendant duties. You will coordinate workflow, mentor staff and provide on‑the‑job training to ensure smooth service and compliance with standards.

You will work with leadership to address performance, guide daily operations and support patient dining services while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment in New Hampshire.

• Provide technical guidance, oversight and mentoring to team members.
• Provide on-the-job training to assigned staff, where necessary and identifies training opportunities
• Provide input to leadership regarding performance and/or need for disciplinary action

In addition to core duties of the Dietetic Aide, Dining Room Attendant or Food Service Attendant, the Team Lead has the following responsibilities:
