Every day, you’ll contribute to the production of popular and beloved food items, playing a pivotal role in bringing joy to tables across the country.
Our company stands at the forefront of the food manufacturing industry, renowned for producing an extensive array of nutritious and delightful snacks. In the Machine Operator role, you’ll handle machinery operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and manage production and packaging processes.
Key responsibilities include:
● Maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols like GMPs, OSHA, and HACCP, and effective documentation.
● Flexibility in work schedules and a dedication to ongoing learning and training are vital for success in this role.
We offer Machine Operators:
● $16-$19/hr depending on experience level
● 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
OT is sometimes mandatory on weekends as needed, but 8 hour shift is consistent (plant runs 7 days/week)

Qualifications in this role we’re looking for:
● High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
● Basic math skills and ability to handle calculations.
● Must be able to read, write and speak English or Spanish.
● Ability to follow instructions and adapt to varying situations.
● Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving items.
● Good vision and focus, essential for operating machinery.
● Proficiency in English for effective communication.
● Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
