Opportunity Description

Our private equity client seeks a food manufacturing industry professional with at least 10 years of CEO or C-level operational experience to assist with due diligence and take a senior role (likely as CEO or Executive Chairman) in a potential new acquisition, in collaboration with the executive team. The client is open to various niches within the services sector.

This role is remote with some travel until the acquisition target is finalized, after which relocation may be required depending on circumstances and the organizational structure of the new portfolio company.

Note: Our PE clients are control group buyers, not passive investors or VCs. They value companies based on a multiple of TTM EBITDA, do not invest in startups or early-stage companies, and do not focus on top-line multiples or 'unicorn' growth expectations.

This opportunity pertains to a new platform, not an existing portfolio company. If seeking a paid operational position immediately, this program isn't suitable.

Preference for candidates with an industry buy & build thesis, starting with a foundational platform buy and potential acquisition targets.

Qualifications
