Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse supervision, preferably in food-grade or cold chain environments.
• Forklift/operator certification; optionally HACCP/HACCP-based training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities for food-grade containers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
• Manage container inbound/outbound logistics and scheduling.
• Lead and train a team of warehouse associates.

Skills

Strong leadership and people-management abilities

Knowledge of food safety regulations

Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems

Good communication and teamwork

Education
