Accelera in Decatur, IL, is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. Starting pay is $16.50/hr, rising to $21.00/hr after six months per the union agreement.

Qualifications

• Capable of lifting and moving bags weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Experience with palletizing and stacking goods.
• Demonstrated reliability through a consistent employment background.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• Must successfully complete a drug screening process.

Responsibilities

• Combine dry and liquid ingredients to assist in the production of food grade items.
• Ensure products are securely packed into bulk containers.
• Transfer goods from large pallets into individual bags for distribution.
• Organize and stack finished goods to ensure a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Gather and organize items to fulfill customer shipments accurately.
• Keep the inventory area organized to streamline warehouse operations.
