Job summary

SURESTAFF is hiring a Machine Operator in Bartlett, IL to operate automated and semi-automated production equipment and manufacture finished products. The role offers shifts from 6:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm, and 10:00pm–6:00am, Mon-Fri, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include preparing machines, adjusting settings from specs/run data, performing quality tests, and correcting issues to prevent out-of-spec products.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated production equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in a food quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine for production.
• Safely and effectively operate equipment to produce quality product.
• Reads job specifications and previous run data to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Performs required quality testing on products produced.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions and makes corrections.
