Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders for guests based on restaurant needs
  • Ensure all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest and ensure guests have all they need
  • Assist with bussing tables
  • Be acquainted with the art and decor in the hotel and be able to speak about it
  • Be a spokesperson for the community and know local spots to recommend
  • Complete side work duties
  • Assist wait staff as needed
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of high school education
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant service role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Team player
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
