Job Summary

Provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services, overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensures high-quality, good-tasting, well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
2. Reviews menu and production needs to manage daily functions.
3. Monitors staff to ensure correct use of systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools.
4. Visits guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels.
5. Communicates regularly with staff, both formally and informally.
6. Enforces safety standards with employees.
7. Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs off on cleaning procedures.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
