Job summary

Reynolds Lake Oconee in Greensboro, NC seeks a part-time food service assistant for the Food & Beverage team. You will ensure timely, well-presented dishes leave the kitchen and coordinate modifications with the culinary staff to maintain smooth service.

Responsibilities include garnishing, plating assistance, and assisting with table delivery when needed. You will keep a clean work area and help with kitchen/restock duties, including banquet support across Reynolds properties.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle highly stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work required shifts including weekends & holidays.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
• Able to walk and stand through the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets established standards in terms of timeliness and presentation.
• Serve as communication hub between servers and culinary staff for modifications, timing, and firing of courses.
• Prepare garnishes, trays, and utensils for prompt food delivery.
• Assist culinary in plating and plate garnishing as needed.
• Assist FOH in delivering food to tables when a food runner is not present.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in restocking materials for kitchen and server areas.
• Assist banquet functions across Reynolds properties as needed.
