Qualifications

• License in a related trade and valid state driver’s license.
• Clean motor vehicle report with no major violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on food equipment and facilities.
• Inspect, clean, and test equipment to diagnose issues and determine replacements.
• Utilize plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to complete repairs.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts ordering, and documentation.
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
