Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to support our food distribution network in Michigan. You will perform safety checks, operate within DOT regulations, deliver orders on a set route, unload products, and maintain driver logs.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A and 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years; post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and DOT inspections; ensure tractor/trailer meet safety standards.
• Report safety issues and follow DOT regulations and company policies.
• Inspect trailer at loading and secure freight; ensure proper loading.
• Deliver orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule; unload and place items.
• Verify delivery with customer; collect signatures and process payments when required.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per federal and company requirements.
• Maintain clean equipment and work area; secure trailer and equipment after shifts.
