Job Summary

The Food Court Cashier/Barista is responsible for assisting in all areas of customer service, including inventory, sales, cash handling, and line service, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders.
2. Prepare beverages and set up water stations.
3. Set up, restock, and clean work areas and counters.
4. Restock supplies and rotate food items.
5. Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, or change accurately.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the cash station and stock supplies.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Ability to interpret menus and follow instructions.
• Good communication and visual skills.
• Ability to record information accurately.

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Frequent movement, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and climbing steps.
• Ability to work in temperature extremes and in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills in English.

Equipment Used

Standard cooking machinery, utensils, and cash register systems.
