Position Summary

This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outlet according to department policies and procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Maintains outlet cleanliness including but not limited to tables and trays, sweeping floors, keeping the area free of debris and emptying trash
• Sets up and maintains guest condiment areas for stock and cleanliness
• Returns trays to the individual outlets
• Performs side work and opening/closing duties, as directed by management
  
  

Secondary Duties And Responsibilities

• Communicates outlet inventory needs and furniture/fixture maintenance problems to management
• Relates to guests and provides information regarding casino amenities and events, as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

Minimum Education And Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  
  

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Proficient in outlet operations and standards of service
  
  

Training Requirements

• Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
  
  

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fact paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
