Walmart Supercenter #598 in Kearney, NE is hiring for Food and Consumable associates. The role focuses on moving merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal displays to meet customer needs.

Compensation includes $15-$28 per hour, full-time schedule (mid-shift and closing), comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) and more through Walmart. Eligible teammates may participate in Live Better U education programs.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Food and Consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
