Walmart Supercenter #1491 in Indianola, IA is seeking Food and Consumable associates focused on customer service and merchandising. You will move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet shopper needs.

This full-time position includes mid-shift and closing schedules, a broad benefits package (health, retirement, PTO, life insurance), and opportunities for premium pay in certain circumstances.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
