Job summary

Walmart Florence KY is hiring for Food and Consumables associates to help customers and merchandise displays. You will move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal features to meet shopper needs.

This role offers opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing shifts with both full-time and part-time options, plus a benefits package including health, retirement, and PTO. Wage ranges exist with incentives and premiums where applicable.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
