Qualifications

• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings including CBC and Firearms Training (where applicable).
• Preferred qualifications include leadership credentials through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and giving feedback to associates.
• Manages store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense control to drive sales.
• Delivers customer service excellence and implements merchandising and process improvements.
