Taco Bell is hiring a Food Champion to join our fast-paced team and help deliver great-tasting food with friendly service. You will work on the line, prepare ingredients, assemble orders, and ensure accuracy while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role emphasizes knowledge of menu items and promotions, teamwork, and a positive attitude to make every customer experience memorable.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service or similar environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.
• Willingness to learn about Taco Bell promotions and menus.

Responsabilités

• On the Line: manage food preparation and line setup.
• Prepare food ingredients accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble food orders and verify accuracy.
• Package products for customers and drive-thru orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety standards.
• Be knowledgeable about Menu Items and Promotions to answer customer questions.
• Participate in Training to improve performance and service.

The Taco Bell Food Champion plays and important role in producing tasty food in a quick and efficient manner. YOU will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life. Your role as a Food Champion is to feed people's lives with Más. You'll feed customers with great tasting food and provide great service so our customers keep coming back! You're a representation of the brand in everything you do.

This is a very important job for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and paying attention to detail. Key responsibilities include taking orders or preparing food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.
