HEI Hotels is seeking a Food Busser I for the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor. You will assist the Outlet Manager and servers to keep a clean, welcoming dining area and provide hospitality in every guest interaction.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting service ware, stocking stations, and transporting dishes. The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a busy dining setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push a cart weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty tables and reset for the next guests.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for service periods.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Attend regularly and be available to work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
