You will be mentored, network with professionals, and explore growth with Solenis across multiple locations. This on-site internship emphasizes safety, teamwork, and practical application of STEM coursework.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to find solutions to real‑world problems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment.
• Apply coursework in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or other relevant STEM majors.

Responsibilities

• Improve Safety, Plant Hygiene and Operations for Industrial Food & Beverage customers.
• Gain hands‑on experience applying classroom theories to real projects.

• Work on a customer project with tangible deliverables and mentor guidance.
