Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Food and Beverage Technical Sales Intern to gain hands-on experience at our customers’ facilities. You’ll own a project, apply classroom theories, and get a real preview of a career in technical sales.

You’ll develop skills in technical acumen, project management, communication, and business sense while pairing with a Solenis mentor, networking with professionals, and delivering tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Coursework in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or other STEM majors.
• Ability to travel to customer facilities and work in field settings.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for internship locations.

The Role

As a Food and Beverage Technical Sales Intern, you’ll dive into real commercial projects at our customers’ food and animal processing facilities. You’ll build hands‑on industry know‑how, own a project, and get an exciting test drive of what a career in technical sales can look like.

What you’ll do

• Improve the Safety, Plant Hygiene and Operations of our Industrial Food and Beverage customers.
• Gain hands‑on work experience applying methods and theories learned in class.
• Develop new skills and refine others, such as technical acumen, project management, communication, presentation skills, and business acumen.
• Work on a specific customer project with tangible deliverables, demonstrating how our solutions meet their needs.
• Pair with a Solenis mentor who will provide guidance and feedback during the internship.
• Network with professionals in your field.
• Get a realistic job preview and the ability to evaluate Solenis as a potential employer.
