Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain attendance.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with outstanding service.
• Operate cash register and credit card machine.
• Balance drawer and manage daily income.
• Assist in cleaning dining and concession areas and serving food.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and manage basic temp controls.
