Job summary

AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk is seeking friendly Food & Beverage Team Members to support concession operations at the venue in Overland Park, KS. You will take orders, process payments, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean service areas, handling food items, and assisting with packing and handing items to guests. Prior experience in F&B is preferred and must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry required.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and balance a cash drawer.
• Operate the POS software efficiently & effectively.
• Communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• Accurately take customer Food & Beverage orders.
• Work with large groups of people in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean dining and concession areas; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers.
• Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas and place them in designated areas when needed.
• Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature control in the transportation of food.
• May be asked to cook/prepare food items.
• Provide world-class customer service.
• Strive to create excellent Food & Beverage experiences for all guests.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management
