Job summary

Target Corp in Granger, IN is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader to supervise a fast-paced store area, drive guest satisfaction, and coach hourly team members.

You will plan daily/weekly workload, ensure accurate pricing and promotions, partner with store leadership, and uphold safety, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Food & Beverage team to meet daily goals.
• Ensure guest experience commitments are consistently delivered.
• Schedule and manage daily/weekly workload and priorities.
• Maintain in-stock, fresh, and correctly signed products on the sales floor.
