The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse activities to ensure accurate storage and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. Responsibilities include supervising timely delivery, maintaining warehouse security, and ensuring a safe working environment through safety program compliance.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate planning and assignment of work to optimize personnel and equipment use.
2. Maintain inventory levels based on usage and demand.
3. Receive shipments, enter tracking information, and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality.
4. Supervise warehouse security and upkeep of inventory.
5. Assist in procurement by advising management and contacting vendors as needed.
6. Recommend improvements to warehouse practices for efficiency and cost reduction.
7. Train warehouse staff and assist in employee selection.
8. Handle shipments, including uncrating and proper disposal or storage of containers.
