Overview

Need AM & PM Availability! We are looking for a professional food and beverage supervisor to be responsible for supervising food and beverage operations in our signature restaurant, Harry’s. The successful candidate will be able to lead shifts, train staff members, execute scheduling, and bring a strong leadership background to the team. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations) within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Identify guest needs and respond proactively to their concerns
  • Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish goals, training methods, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report to management regarding sales results and productivity
Qualifications
  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, Aloha)
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

  • Available days, nights, weekends and holidays - flexible scheduling
  • $24 per hour (cross training for serving/bartending)
  • FOH experience of at least 1 year, preferably in a supervisory role, with experience in both serving and bartending

This is a full-time position, and the pay is $24 an hour.
