Job summary

Legends & ASM Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for onsite events at the Lansing Center. You will establish operational needs, develop event menus, set pricing, and supervise staff to ensure top-notch guest experiences.

The role requires experience in food & beverage supervision, strong planning skills, and a focus on quality, sanitation, and cost control. This is an on-site, event-driven position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a food establishment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervisor level position in Food & Beverage or training.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes client food & beverage & operational needs for the event.
  • Develops menus/themes for the event and establishes pricing for services.
  • Assists in developing work plans including scheduling and ordering, and assigns appropriate duties to subordinates.
  • Oversees Food & Beverage operations during event to ensure client satisfaction and quality control standards.
  • Inspects facilities to ensure compliance with health laws and internal regulations.
  • Assists with creation of sales projections and budgets for facility events.
  • Maintains inventory control.
  • Analyzes daily food sales, patron attendance, and labor costs to manage budgets.
