- Supervise Food and Beverage functions both front of house and back of house.
- Oversee and maintain staffing, scheduling and team member performance.
- Ensure liquor and food preparations as well as guest service meet standards.
- Maintain health, safety and sanitation levels in all Food & Beverage areas.
